All our rooms are furnished with a desk, easy chair,
television, and wireless Internet.
Minimum 2 two-night stays may be required for specific weekends.

Rooms are reserved upon receipt of one night’s deposit per room.
Rooms will be held for one week until deposit is received.
CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations that occur after other prospective guests have been turned away
will result in forfeiture of the deposit unless the room is re-rented.
All other cancellations will have a $10.00 processing charge.

CHECK-OUT: 11:00 a.m. ($10.00/hour late check-out fee)
SMOKING: Not permitted in the house
